Mrs Ewen and Room 19 are making these stars for the Matariki evening. We thought we could give these stars a go also when we've finished some of our tasks!

I can't wait to make stars with strips of paper it will look so cool.Also I can't wait till Matariki starts because its close to my birthday.I have heard lots of stories about those 7 star and the 7 sisters.Hopefully I will get to see those stars, I have tried to see those 7 stars but I have never seen maybe I will see it this year. I actaully got my Mum to colour in strips of paper; She's very fast at colouring and I have no coloured paper to make one at home!
